Meet Martha
Founder & President
Helping people feel confident about the decisions that matter most.
With more than 15 years of experience in financial services and insurance, Martha Arana founded Vidalegacy Insurance Group with a purpose that goes beyond insurance: helping people understand their options, protect what matters most, and feel confident about their future.
After earning her Associate degree in Business Administration from South Puget Sound Community College, Martha began her career in banking, working as a Personal Banker. While continuing to grow professionally, she pursued her bachelor's degree in Sociology and Cultural Anthropology from Saint Martin's University.
Martha continued her career with the State of Washington, where she spent seven years as a Financial Specialist. During her time with the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS), she discovered a deeper passion for helping people navigate complex systems, understand their options, and identify gaps in their health and financial protection—especially within the Spanish-speaking community.
Her professional experience, combined with her education in business and understanding of people and culture, shaped the way she believes insurance should be approached: with education, empathy, clarity, and integrity.
That belief became the foundation of Vidalegacy.
